Hedrick and Didier Electrified the Crowd with Passion, Vision and Mission

August 11, 2010

Clint Didier, a Republican challenger for the US Senate, came to Lewis County Tuesday evening to meet and greet voters and supporters at the Lewis & Clark Hotel in historic downtown Centralia. Didier invited all three fellow Republican congressional candidates: David Castillo, David Hedrick and Jaime Herrera to attend the event. Only David Hedrick was able to attend. Both Castillo and Herrera could not be there due to schedule conflicts.

Both Hedrick and Didier shared their passion to restore the nation back to its roots in the US Constitution. The standing room crowd of about 175 people, was energized and electrified as they listened to the solutions Hedrick and Didier proposed to the current problems the nation faces. Hedrick and Didier directed voters to the vision that the founders laid out in the Constitution of how to lead this nation to prosperity. They also showed voters the mission they have as congress and senate hopefuls in Washington, DC – be fighters for freedom, citizen servants, and not career politicians.

March to the Capitol with Hedrick for “Uphold the Constitution” Rally at Capitol

August 3, 2010

COME ONE, COME ALL! It’s time to show that the citizens of Washington are united for the cause of freedom and constitutional governance.
-

Join David and hundreds of friends and fellow citizens from Vancouver to Olympia for a march to the Capitol in support of the State and US Constitutions. No other Congressional candidate comes close to standing firm for constitutional values like David W Hedrick.
On Saturday, August 7, 12-1:30pm, David Hedrick will join Americans for Prosperity, We the People, The Evergreen Freedom Foundation, and concerned citizens from across the region on the steps of the capitol building in Olympia for an “Uphold the Constitution” rally in support of the lawsuit and the rule of law.

Join the movement that has become a significant force to return our state and nation to their constitutional roots of limited government. David Hedrick, who is leading in polls for the 3rd Congressional District race, is also taking the lead in promoting the restoration of Constitutional values for the citizens of southwestern Washington.
We urge everyone to join us on the March to the Capitol as we travel from Vancouver to the Capitol:

7:00am Vancouver, De Wils Headquarters, 11012 NE 4th Plain Blvd.
8:30am Longview, Republican Election Office, corner of 9th and Tennant Way
10:30am Centralia, Hedrick for Congress Headquarters, 117 W Magnolia St.
Noon Final Destination: Capitol Steps, Olympia
2:00pm WA Thurston County Fair (Optional but encouraged)

“Whether at the state or federal level, the God-given rights guaranteed by our State and U.S. Constitutions are being trampled. I’m honored to participate in the growing movement to restore the principles that made this country great,” says Hedrick.

Recently, The Evergreen Freedom Foundation, on behalf of several Washington State citizens, filed a lawsuit against Governor Christine Gregoire and her illegal attempt to legislate through executive order.

Hedrick is a constitutional conservative Republican candidate who believes the founding fathers got it right. “This country was founded on the rule of law, not the rule of men. If we are to remain a free people, our elected officials must be held accountable in respecting and upholding the law.”

Hedrick Confronts Gov Gregoire in a Townhall Meeting

July 28, 2010

Last night, at a townhall meeting in Vancouver Clark College, Gov. Gregoire met citizens and discussed the current state budget crisis. About 400 people attended the meeting. Hedrick among a few others was selected to ask the governor questions. Hedrick wasted no time to point out the governor has overextended her bounds and abused her power by issuing an executive order 09-05, entitled, “Washington’s Leadership on Climate Change” to replace her failed legislation, SB 5735. Hedrick asserted that Gov Gregoire misuse of power was a violation of the Constitution. Based on the Constitution, only state representatives have the power to draft and pass legislature.

Here is the link to see Hedrick confronted Gov. Gregoire at the public forum.

Unfortunately, the majority of mass media failed to cover this story and the 09-05 executive order when the governor issued that last September. We felt that the media has negated their obligation as the watchdog for public interest and has not been fairly and objectively reporting the issues are of public concern.
